When I was searching for my home, Brenda was the only person to actually call me. She listened to my needs She did not drag me out for just one home, she had several in mind. Even in the July heat she took me to see as many as I needed to make a final decision. She found me exactly what I wanted and needed in my price range. It is perfect! It is home. She follows up. She checks to make sure everything is going well. I love that about her. I wasn’t coerced or pushed. Brenda gives you facts. All you need to do is ask her what’s available in your price range. She will find it for you – she found me everything I needed.

Brenda was very helpful in the sale of our park model home. Since we left Yuma before closing it was great that everything could be handled remotely. She gave us good advice, was very responsive to our inquiries, and we were very pleased with the whole process.

Brenda has been such a blessing to my family. With me living in a different state, trying to sell my Dad’s place, she stepped up and took care of everything! She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and has great communication.

I called Brenda after seeing a few properties listed with her. She was friendly and accommodating and was able to show me several properties on the same day. We decided on one and Brenda was able to get everything turned around quickly and was very honest about the property and what she knew and made everything easy. I would use her again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a property in Yuma.

We were interested in Araby Acres, so began searching for a park model. Brenda showed us half a dozen units which fit our criteria. While showing properties she shared personal experiences of having lived in the park and the ins and outs of that lifestyle. In addition to helping us locate a park model her Broker, Wendy Plummer, communicated our offer, repair concerns and counter offers from/to the sellers in Canada. The process went smoothly, and they kept us in communication throughout its entire entirety.
